INAX supported and took part in International Coastal Cleanup 2016

INAX supported and took part in International Coastal Cleanup 2016. It encourages employees and clients to support sustainable development. INAX members participated in the International Coastal Cleanup 2016 on the 17 December, 2016 at Siu Lam Beach in Tuen Mun.

In the previous months, some of the news reported several beaches were polluted by the solid disposals. Those disposals may be come from the Mainland China or from the landfill sites. Due to this impact, INAX would like to pay some efforts on the social responsibilities.

On that day, over 55 INAX members were participated in the beach cleanup event. Around 227.2KG debris was collected from the Siu Lam Beach. Most of debris was the most likely to find items in Hong Kong, plastic bags, plastic bottles, styrofoam utensils, etc. And the most special items were the Water Filled Road Barriers and the Wooden Ladders.

After the beach cleanup event, INAX members noticed that the solid waste pollution is greatly affecting the environment. We will continue to support the environmental activities and spread out the importance of the protecting environment. ​
